Due to occupancy limits, the Association does limit the number of parties permitted on any given date.  Therefore, to secure your date, you must submit your request to ensure that your date does not conflict with another scheduled event.

• Be sure to review the Party Reservation Procedure and Pool Rules Documents provided below.
• We cannot guarantee other neighbors will not be present during your event. Therefore, Private Pool Parties are not permitted
• Reservation of Pavilion and Tables IS permitted and will guarantee your use for your party
• Please bring your own trash bags / receptacles to collect all trash accumulated from your event.
• Take all event trash home with you to put out with your own household trash.
• Water balloons, pinatas, confetti and similar items are strictly prohibited
• Decorations must be removed
• You are responsible for your guests
• A cleaning fee may be imposed for failure to properly clean up from your event.
• Liability waiver is required when making your reservation.
