Bylaw Amendments have been made in accordance with Texas Business Organizations Code 22.102(c) and Texas Property Code 209.00593(b), which are independent statutory authorities (state laws) and supercede community bylaws. Adoption of Policies have been made in accordance with and to comply with current State Legislature. All Policies and Amendments are drafted by and recorded through the Association attorney who is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Property Owners Association law.
