Registration is required and opens on the 1st of the Month of the Sale.
- Registration is required to participate in our Community Garage Sale.
- Directional signs will be provided by the HOA.
- No homemade signage is permitted
- Garage Sales are only permitted in Rosewood Hill in the Spring and Fall as organized by the HOA.
- Garage Sales are only permitted to be open no earlier than 8am and no later than 5pm on the day of the sale.
