Helpful information to get you settled in to your new home as a new resident of Rosewood Hill!
TRASH COLLECTION/RECYCLE SERVICE: is currently provided by Texas Pride Disposal and is included as part of your HOA dues that are billed to each homeowner by Rosewood Hill HOA annually. Our current pick up days for trash collection are Monday and Thursday. Recycle pick up is currently each Thursday as well (two different trucks) Please do not put your trash or recycle cart out prior to the evening before collection day and always promptly pick up your cans from the street!
WATER SERVICE: If your property is not equipped with an on-site water well, then water service is provided by HMW. You should contact HMW at 281-356-5060 to establish service. Or visit www.hmw-sud.com
CABLE / INTERNET PROVIDERS: Cable and/or internet services are available from several providers including AT&T U-Verse, DirecTV, Dish Network & Comcast. Please contact the provider of your choice to set up services.
ELECTRIC PROVIDERS: Because of deregulation, you may also choose the electricity provider of your choice. Some available are: Reliant Energy, TXU, Gexa Energy, Champion Electric, among many others. To report a power outage, contact Center Point or by telephone to 713-207-2222
NATURAL GAS: The natural gas provider for our community is Epcor in Pinehurst, TX. The telephone number to Epcor is 281-766-1290. Propane is also an alternative to natural gas - contact the Propane provider of your choice to explore this option.
CHANGES / ADDITIONS TO YOUR NEW HOME: Wanna make changes to your home? ACC approval is required! New homes, garages, barns, out buildings, patio coverings, remodeling of the home, fences, swimming pools or any other kind of structure or change to the exterior of your home or lot must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. Complete the ACC Approval Form to get started.
