MAINTENANCE FEES: Currently set at $900.00/year, Annual Assessments are billed to each lot owner. Your dues pay for our community management, neighborhood trash service, and all maintenance, repairs, mowing & utilities of our common areas, front entrance, roads and ditches. It is important that fees are paid each year on time so that Rosewood Hill stays beautiful and a place people are proud to call home.
Billed each November, your fees are due in full on the following January 1st of the assessment year. A $25/month late fee will begin to apply to any unpaid balance beginning February 1st and will continue to accrue monthly for each month dues remain unpaid.
We use "DuesPayment" - a 3rd party service to allow our residents the ability to pay with debit / credit / or echeck. To use this service please click here to access their site. You will need to create an account on your first visit to the site. Please note, Dues Payment charges a fee for their service based on the method of payment you choose. The Association does NOT receive any portion of the fees charged by Dues Payment.
