Due to occupancy limits, the Association does limit the number of "parties" permitted on any given date. Therefore, to secure your date, you must submit your request to ensure that your date does not conflict with another scheduled event.

Pool Party Request

Private Parties are not permitted
Please bring your own trash bags / receptacles to collect all trash accumulated from your event.
Take all event trash home with you to put out with your own household trash.
Water balloons, confetti and similar items are strictly prohibited
A cleaning fee may be imposed for failure to properly clean up from your event.
