Moving Sale Request Form

Did you sell your home in Rosewood Hill? Per Resolution 6 only one, one day moving sale is permitted within one (1) month of closing on your home with Board approval. Complete and submit the form below to receive Board approval for your Moving Sale.

Moving Sales will follow the same guidelines as Garage Sales - no signage may be taped or affixed to our street signs. Only one directional sign may be placed at the entrance on the day of the sale. Moving Sales may only be held on Saturday from 8a - 5p. All signs shall be promptly picked up by the homeowner.
