All dates are subject to change due to factors outside of our control. In the event of a date change, an email will be sent to all registered owners advising of the change, and the website will be immediately updated with the correct date. (Time Permitting)

2026 Board Meetings

Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of the Rosewood Hill Board of Directors is scheduled as dated at 7:00pm.   All meetings will be held at the Decker Prairie Community Center located at 32434 Decker Prairie Rd; Magnolia, TX 77355.  Zoom will also be an option to attend the meeting. A meeting email containing the Zoom link and location is emailed to all owners with a registered email address with the Association at least 10 days prior to the meeting. Be sure to check your email and keep your address current with the Association.

Garage Sales are only permitted during this time. Registering your sale with HOA is required. Registrations are not open until the month of the sale.
