How to request approval of a Pool / Hot tub / Fountain

For Pools, hot tubs or fountains include the following:

• Copy of Survey reflecting where on the property where the item will be built
• Pay the review fee of $25.00 and refundable deposit of $475.00 as outlined in our ACC Guidelines. Once your project is complete, schedule an inspection to confirm it conforms to the approval and your deposit will be returned. You may pay your review fee and deposit online here, via Zelle, or check payment dropped at the drop box at the pool.  
• Approval request form - include on the form:
  • the name of builder,
  • style of pool or hot tub
  • material description and colors for all deck and tile
  • date project is scheduled to begin. 
  • Include your contractor's rendition of your pool / hot tub and plan/proposal
  • Pictures - Inspirational pictures or website links that may be helpful to the ACC in making their decision
  • Septic plan - showing where your existing septic is on your lot - you can use the same survey to show where the pool/hot tub/fountain will be located
• For fountains - include a reference image of the fountain for review
