How to submit approval request of a Metal Building

For Metal Buildings include the following in your request:

• Copy of Survey reflecting where on the property where the item will be built,
• Include in the approval request - 
  • Metal gauge,
  • building size and dimensions,
  • type and size of foundation,
  • building and roofing materials,
  • metal colors (must be actual colors, "to match existing" will not be accepted).
  • Include a copy of the builders proposal and pictures of the proposed structure.
  • Septic plan - showing where your existing septic is on your lot; you can use the same survey showing where the metal building will be located
• Pay the review fee of $25.00 and refundable deposit of $475.00 as outlined in our ACC Guidelines. Once your project is complete, schedule an inspection to confirm it conforms to the approval and your deposit will be returned. You may pay your review fee and deposit online here, via Zelle, or check payment dropped at the drop box at the pool.
