Mailboxes

Mailboxes are required to be uniform in design as approved by the ACC and may be constructed of wood, brick or stone.  All mailboxes must have a lighted address on both sides.  The ACC has adopted the standard mailbox below that may be installed without approval, but ANY deviation from this design must receive ACC approval prior to install. Follow the instructions below the image.

Mailbox contractors, mailbox glass, mailbox lettering and solar options can be provided by the HOA. Contact us for more information. 

If you intend to install an alternate design mailbox follow these steps to request approval:

1. Complete the request form located at the bottom of this page

2. Include in your request the materials to be used as well as a drawing of the proposed design. Also include any reference / inspiration pictures or website links that may be useful for the ACC's consideration.

3. Submit your request and all supporting documents as outlined on the form.
