How to request approval of a Fence or Gate:
For Fence requests include the following:
- Copy of Survey reflecting where on the property the fence and any gates will be located
- Pictures - Inspirational pictures and/or pictures of your actual lot are always helpful to the ACC
- Approval Request Form - Include in your request,
- fence (and/or gate) style,
- fence (and/or gate) height, as well as
- the materials to be used in construction.
- If staining or painting include actual color and name of manufacturer. A color swatch is recommended
- Include the name of the contractor if applicable
- Pay the review fee of $25.00. You may pay your review fee online here, via Zelle, or check payment dropped at the drop box at the pool.
