How to request a DSA - Designated Storage Area follow the instructions below:

For Designated Storage Areas of boats, trailers, RV's or motor homes, OR any other similar item require ACC approval of a DSA for every item to be stored on the lot.  DSA's are limited to 2 per lot.  Lot's larger than 1 acre MAY qualify for an additional DSA at the discretion of the ACC.

​Include the following in your request:

•  Copy of Survey reflecting where on the property where the item will be stored (the survey you received when you purchased your home, the ACC will not accept hand drawings of your lot)
• Picture - It is recommended to also include a picture of the item that will be stored on the lot for the ACC. Also include pictures of the area where you intend to store the item.  Pictures help the ACC tremendously. Any other information you can provide to assist the ACC in making their decision is appreciated.
• Current Registration - Please include in your request the make, model, and license plate number if applicable of the item you wish to store. Registration must be current on all stored trailers, campers, RV's or other similar items that are driven or pulled on roadways.
• ACC Approval Request form describing the item to be stored include the Make/Model if applicable, or length / description of trailer
• If additional driveway / culvert will be required please also follow the instructions for driveway's and culverts by clicking here.
• If your request will include a cover for a stored item, follow the directions for additional structures or metal buildings as applicable.
