How to request approval of Driveway / Culvert:

For driveways, concrete work, culverts, or other flat work include the following in your request:

• Copy of the survey to show where the repair/modification/improvement will be made on your property.
• Request form -
  • Include the size of the proposed driveway,
  • the name of the contractor, 
  • other helpful information for review
• Pay - To extend or add a driveway, a $50.00 culvert review fee must be paid so that the ACC can recommend the correctly sized culvert for your home's location in our community for proper drainage per Section 20 of our Deed Restrictions. This fee is not refundable. You may pay your review fee online here, via Zelle, or check payment dropped at the drop box at the pool.
