How to Submit approval request for Home additions, New Homes, Sheds, Outbuildings, Lean-to's, Patio Covers, Barns, Carports, DSA Covers - and other similar structures:

For Home Additions, Buildings/Sheds/Patio Covers/Barns or any other Outbuilding include the following in your request:

• Copy of Survey reflecting where on the property where the item will be built,
• Include in the approval request -
  • Building size and dimensions, 
  • Type and size of foundation,
  • Building and roofing materials,
  • Paint/stain colors (must be actual colors, "to match existing" will not be accepted). 
  • Septic plan - showing where your existing septic is on your lot - you can use the same survey showing where the improvement will be located
• Pictures - Inspirational pictures, picture of the location on your lot and any other pictures / links that you think may be helpful to the ACC in making their decision
• Pay the review fee of $25.00 and refundable deposit of $475.00 as outlined in our ACC Guidelines. Once your project is complete, schedule an inspection to confirm it conforms to the approval and your deposit will be returned. You may pay your review fee and deposit online here, via Zelle, or check payment dropped at the drop box at the pool.
